My story
There was a season when I dreaded mornings. The alarm would go off and the overwhelm would hit before my feet touched the floor. Kids needed things. The house needed things. Everyone needed something from me — and I had nothing left to give.
I tried the big changes. The 5am club. The color-coded planners. The "self-care Sunday" routines that lasted exactly one Sunday. None of it stuck because none of it was built for a real mom's actual life.
